Houston Individual Therapy
Discover the real you.
There is no road map for life. Things happen that we cannot control. And sometimes the things we can control get all messed up.
Maybe you feel like you are carrying more burdens than one person can deal with. Maybe you feel stuck, sad, stressed, depressed, or anxious, and as if those feelings will never go away.
One problem that I see in our culture is that we're taught to value reason over emotion. Reason is good, yes. But tuning out our emotions has been scientifically proven to be unhealthy and leads to us feeling like we're not quite sure who we really are or how to cope with daily life.
Instead of dismissing our feelings, we need to become more aware of them, to stop and feel them, so they can do their job of helping us heal and move forward. When we do this, our truest self emerges, and we feel grounded, renewed, and more capable of handling what life throws at us.
You can reconnect with your true self by tuning into your body and your deeper emotions.
When you make an investment in loving yourself, you will feel more positive about your next steps and your life.

Therapy can help you:
Liliane has helped me develop a practical skill set with emotional awareness that I use every single day, both personally and professionally. She has helped me not only enjoy living my life, but more importantly, she has taught me to love and accept myself." ~ R.A., MD
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy is one modality I use with my clients.
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) is a therapeutic process, developed by Dr. Diana Fosha, that focuses on emotions to help people emerge from difficult experiences with increased inner strength, resilience, and joy. I've seen his method help so many people.
