From a young age, I was curious about psychology and how people's internal worlds directed their external ones. In college, I studied psychology. There, the world opened to me. I learned what I had already suspected: that we all carry emotional wounds, sometimes very old ones, that affect how we behave in the world.
I learned that healthy relationships positively affect the brain and the body and are essential to healing and readying ourselves for true growth and change. I believe in love and its transformative power.
Helping people is my passion. I have dedicated my life to learning as much as possible and have become certified in multiple modalities that focus on individuals and couples.
I never tire of this work and am humbled by the rich complexity of human lives, emotions, and behaviors. I believe we can heal and grow and experience true joy and connection with our partners and ourselves.
In addition, I train other therapists, and can speak English, French and Arabic, which I am happy to do in therapy.
